MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORMS
Members of Kington Show have the advantage of forward parking and member's tickets , refreshments served in the Member's Marquee, situated on ringside and annual accounts issued to them. Newsletters are also sent to you twice a year, giving information on forthcoming fundraising events and attractions booked for the forthcoming show. Membership to the society is easily obtainable by printing off the application form and returning it to the membership secretary with your bank details. Member's lunches will be available in the Member's Marquee, this will be a main course, pudding and coffee for only £12.50 each. Lunches must be pre-booked, by phoning Jill on 01544 231052.
TRADE STAND APPLICATION FORMS
For the first time last year, Kington Show was fully booked and had to turn people down on applying for trade stands. Therefore it is imperative that you book in plenty of time. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis (with payment required to confirm booking). The show offers crafts, food and drink, farm machinery, clothes, vehicles, farm supplies, garden furniture and plants, pottery, environmental products and much more. We welcome new trade exhibitors and pride ourselves in accommodating and supporting them with not only a very professional approach, but also on an individual level. Trade stand application forms will be available at the beginning of 2010 for the next show.
FOR 2010 - LOCAL FOOD PRODUCERS SPECIAL OFFER
Due to the continuing success of the show with expansion of ring events and attendance increasing by 20% per year, the Society is very keen to support and promote local food producers. To this end we are offering food producers from Herefordshire, Radnorshire and Shropshire a reduced charge of £30 only in the food hall. (The hire of tables will be extra). Places will be limited, therefore this special offer will be on a first come, first serve basis.
PLEASE SEND YOUR APPLICATION AND PAYMENT IN BEFORE THE DEADLINE EXPIRES.
Judging will take place for the best trade stand for three catagories:-
• £25 for the best trade stand with a 4 metre frontage or under
• £50 for the best trade stand with a metre frontage of over 4 metres
• Free trade stand space for 2011 Kington Show for best trade stand in the Food/Craft Hall.
CATERING TENDER APPLICATION FORMS
Catering tender forms are now available for the 2010 Kington Show. All tenders must be received by 31st March 2010. Notification of acceptance and decline will be sent to all applicants.
